Oswesty Disability Index & Rand SF-36 Results

Oswestry Disability Index is tracked from the pre-operative period to one year post operative. This study shows the overall decrease in disability from their pre-operative score.  Currently we are seeing a 45.75% decrease in disability by the end of the first year.

Rand Short Form 36 Questionnaire is performed 1 year post-operative. The questionnaire determines overall health and grades how the surgical procedure improved the patients condition compared to their prior pre-operative state. The maximum score is +50% while the lowest score is -50%.
